Five principles of self-healing and wellness.

According to Dr. Maoshing Ni, (2008) the five principles of self-healing and wellness include: 1. diet and nutrition, 2. herb and supplements, 3. exercise and acupuncture, 4. lifestyle and environment, 5. mind and spirit.

I subscribe to everything on this list but acupuncture, . Please consult your physician before changing or stopping any medication. Remember food can also be medicine so consider your diet very carefully to ensure great outcomes. Be deliberate about changing and maintaining your health and wellness and you will be successful.

Just Keeping You Informed.

  2. Thanks Dr. Marilyn Crosby for the Five Thoughts. I would imagine that “lifestyle & environment” poses a greater degree of challenge for all of us during a COVID global pandemic. Would love to see examples of how the author ties all of these together. Great Blog! Congratulations!!

      1. Hi, great info. I would not mind doing acupuncture. I have Chron’s and maintaining a diet is so hard. I can hardly eat anything. Sometimes I cheat on what I eat
