Currently, I am challenged to find nutritious food to eat when I go to the grocery store. All the food is genetically modified, full of pesticides, and have to too much sugar or salt. No wonder we have a sick population. As a nurse I encounter too many individuals with diabetes, renal disease on dialysis, heart and coronary artery disease, and neurology disease. It has to be the food. Men are balding early and a physician told me he thought it was the water, because he did not see this issue with young men in other countries.

I have no way to prove this hypothesis, but it appears that is what we all have in common. The poorer communities have food deserts, meaning they have no grocery stores, but have convenience stores that sell an abundance of snack food and pre-packaged items that are not nutritious.
Please educate yourself about your nutrition and start reading the labels of the food you consume. This small change can make a big difference in your food consumption and could ultimately change your health.
