National Wellness Month

August is national wellness month and a great time to focus on your personal health and wellness. It can be challenging to keep up routine, especially if you don’t particularly dislike exercising. Think of all the benefits.

Get a physical before you start your exercise routine, especially if you have never been one who exercises regularly.

I suggest you find an activity that you enjoy. Hopefully, you will be willing to put the time in to exercise. These activities becomes more important as we age, for obvious reasons. Exercise is also good for your mental health.
